In standard configuration, the D412 can be used as a standalone MOT brake tester for use in traditional MOT bays. It can also be upgraded with a vehicle weighing system for motorcycle testing and DVSA approved Automated Test Lanes. Using our latest SW900 software, every test is stored automatically should it ever need recalling, and remote 'over the internet' assistance is built-in allowing our engineers to connect immediately and diagnose your system remotely!
The chassis is fully galvanised and then painted with a durable, hard-wearing industrial finish. Rollers are supported with a five-year guarantee and are manufactured with longevity in mind. The D412 easily deals with the extreme demands of modern day brake testing and busy MOT Stations. It has a load capacity of 3,500kg and the whole test (non-ATL) can be operated wirelessly using our radio frequency ruggedised RFC-95 remote control.
Approved for UK MOT Classes 1,2,3 and 4, this model benefits from four-wheel drive (4WD) brake testing as standard and automatic efficiency calculation for simple pass / fail test results.
Optional control system layouts are available to suit individual premises (GCP3 and GCP4) and our emissions packages can easily be added at any time to provide a complete combined brake tester and emissions testing system.
