When opening an MOT Station or replacing existing MOT equipment, the choice of which company or brand to use can be one of the most difficult decisions to make.
Product reliability, ease of use and fast access to support is crucial for busy MOT Stations. Making a choice after just speaking to a sales team and receiving a quote can be a daunting task.
As a UK based manufacturer, confident in the quality of our products and software, we always encourage our customers to come and visit us before making any decisions. Located near Maldon in Essex, we have a complete MOT bay setup for live demonstrations and testing.
Here, we can simulate real-time Work Orders from the DVSA’s MOT Testing Service (MTS) to show exactly how our Connected Equipment works.
With the equipment installed, we can demonstrate both standard and ATL roller brake tests, together with complete emissions tests for petrol and diesel vehicles including the acquisition of RPM / Oil temperature measurement using traditional connections and our new EOBD device. We can also demonstrate a full decelerometer test using our wireless DC-7500 which is fully integrated into our MOT Control software
In addition to Connected Equipment, we also have one of our Four Post OPTL / ATL MOT lifts assembled for close inspection (with integrated turning plates and play detector) together with various other items of equipment.
During a visit you’ll also get to see new products in development, and learn more about all the work we’re doing behind the scenes to keep Boston equipment ahead of the field and future proofed, regardless of any new regulations the DVSA may introduce.
