Boston Garage Equipment’s new PD-304 hydraulic play-detector has now received VOSA approval and is available ex-stock.
Manufactured in the UK by Boston it provides a range of technical benefits aimed to produce the most user-friendly play-detector in Europe.
For quick and easy wheel location, the stainless drive-on plate surface provides six times more wheelstop area than some brands. Three times greater plate drive force than of any pneumatic model and lateral and rotational travel greatly
exceeding the VOSA minimums are further features of the very impressive specification.
The state-of-the-art PD-304 is competitively priced to match lower-spec play detectors. For pit installations the compact controls can be mounted at any convenient location. When installed on lifts, the dedicated hydraulics and controls are mounted on the lift post, avoiding the obstruction of a floor mounted control system.
The PD-304 has attracted OEM interest from European lift suppliers, and the steel housing can be readily adapted for lifts of any platform width or depth. Post-mounted dedicated hydraulics and controls enable simple OEM installation. Approved for use throughout Europe.
